1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the eq999 website, creating an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or participating in any game or promotion offered by eq999, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. 3. Account Registration

3.2 Single Account Policy

Where eq999 identifies that a player holds or has held more than one account — whether discovered through matching personal details, device fingerprinting, payment method overlap, IP address analysis, or any other investigative method — eq999 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any open bets or pending withdrawals associated with those accounts, and permanently ban the player from the platform. Bonus funds obtained across multiple accounts will be forfeited in their entirety.

4. Account Security

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

eq999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. eq999 does not accept cash deposits, bank wire transfers in foreign currencies, or any cryptocurrency. 5.2 Deposit Processing

5.4 Prohibited Transactions

• In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of any bet, the decision of eq999 management shall be final, subject to the player's right to escalate to the customer support team in writing.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

eq999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of time following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for any illegal purpose.

• A player's account being inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months.

Where an account is closed by eq999 for reasons other than breach of these Terms & Conditions, any real money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.
